Quick 20 Min At Home Workout

Happy Sunday! I just woke up about an hour ago, I have a busy day and I know I probably won’t get around to getting into the gym so I created a quick 20 minute workout that requires no equipment at all. So gear up in something cool, turn on some music,  and give it a try. You may want to record yourself to critique your form later. If you have any questions about how to perform the movement message me on Instagram! If you just had breakfast give yourself 45 minutes to digest it, if you haven’t eaten yet you should be fine I hadn’t either I just had a little water and considered it a fasted workout.

 

JAZZY’S ANYWHERE 20 MINUTE WORKOUT

4 ROUNDS OF EACH EXERCISE

  1. 20 Burpees
  2. 10 Forward & Backward Lunges on left side & right side, meaning do a frontward lunge and then go into a backward lunge on the same leg and that equals 1 rep, stay on the same leg for 10 reps then switch legs and do it on the opposite leg for 10 reps and that equals one round of this exercise. Must do both legs.
  3. 45 High Knees Taps, keep your hands at chest level and let your knees tap your hands for each rep without lowering your hands to meet your knees, they’re called HIGH knees for a reason.
  4. 30 Sit Ups, get your back up off of the ground!
