Quick 20 Min At Home Workout

Happy Sunday! I just woke up about an hour ago, I have a busy day and I know I probably won’t get around to getting into the gym so I created a quick 20 minute workout that requires no equipment at all. So gear up in something cool, turn on some music,  and give it a try. You may want to record yourself to critique your form later.
